Shipping & Returns

If you need to track an order please use the Contact Us form and be sure to provide the Order Number and the particular product number/s. You should automatically receive notice and a tracking number after your product ships. When you make a purchase at this store your payment is securely handled by PayPal, who credits your payment to the RGM Enterprises (RGME) account and emails necessary info so that RGME may process the order. RGME then uses those funds to purchase the product/s from a warehousing wholesale distributor, who then ships under RGME label.

Shipping
RGME only provides for UPS Ground (7 to 12 business days) within the 48 continental USA states, and USPS Priority Mail (7 to 16 business days) for all PO Box addresses to the 48 continental USA states. All shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, and APO/FPO Military Addresses go by USPS. Orders of 1 lb. or less are always shipped USPS Priority Mail. RGME can not process orders to any other location. Other shipping methods are not available.

You can obtain a shipping cost by placing items in your shopping cart and then using its "estimate shipping" button. You are automatically notified of the shipping fee as you start the checkout process.

If your purchase, before taxes (and it is shipping UPS Ground) is less than $42 and it weighs more than 1 lb. then a flat fee of $7.95 is your entire shipping fee. If the total items weigh 1 lb. or less, or the total price is $42 or less, then it will ship by USPS Priority Mail rates even if it actually ships by UPS Ground. This is the only shipping offered. The cart shipping calculator will let you know what your shipping fee is.

Returns
Please, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from RGME before returning anything at all and/or for any reason, and you must do so within 7 days of having received your shipment. Please use the Contact Us" form to specifically request an RMA. After you have received an RMA from RGME then you may return at your expense and specifically addressed to "RGM Enterprises" and only to the address shown on your packing slip. Do not return product to the RGME office address, as shipping charges from the RGME office address (back to the warehouse) would be deducted from your credit. Please, NO EXCEPTIONS to obtaining an RMA before returning something!

There is a 23% re-stocking fee on all non defective and non broken returned items, and shipping can not be refunded. If you receive a broken or defective item and you paid over $32.50 for that one item then please email us a picture of the damage and we might be able to ship a replacement without requiring a return. Otherwise, we will have to mail pre-paid return shipping labels and wait for the item to be returned before we can issue a refund or exchange at our option. You can not obtain a refund without incurring that 23% restocking fee if you don't want an exchange. To email the picture, first request an RMA (see above) and within that request ask for an email address to send the picture to.

Product Guarantee
We guarantee that all products will be free from defect and will be as pictured and described on this store website. If you receive a product that does not meet our guarantee then we will ship a free replacement at no charge to you or RGME will credit your account. Certain items may have an additional warranty from the manufacturer. If this is the case, it will be stated in the description. To exercise this product guarantee you must first obtain an RMA (see above).
